Our tables and side tables come with the table top and side table body as one piece and legs as a pair which get bolted onto the top. The items come in a heavy duty box that will be delivered at the entrance of the building's premise. The package will not be taken inside or up stairs.

Assembly is quick and easy usually with 6 - 8 bolts put together with an allen key, all hardware are provided. Due to the heavy nature of solid wood furniture two people will be required for handling.

The item will be delivered by a team of two to the required room, legs assembled and any packing material taken away.
For non-metro areas and all other states please contact us for shipping costs, typically the additional amount is $50 - $100 per piece.

We provide international shipping through a range of carriers including DHL, FedEx and Local Post. International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival at the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and can vary by country. Failure to pay these fees may result in the shipment being abandoned and forfeit any potential for a refund or replacement.

What happens if the product gets damaged during transit?Our packaging has been built to withstand the journey from our workshop to you. In the rare chance your product has been damaged during shipping we will arrange to replace, repair or refund the product at our cost.

What if I change my mind after receiving the product?We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind as most of our products are made to order. That being said we make our products for others to enjoy, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to resolve the issue.
